Terms of service

Licence

  • A licence is personal and non-transferable: one account may be signed in on exactly one device at a time.
  • Sharing login details, reselling access or using automation to bypass the device check ends the licence without refund.
  • Licences run either lifetime or for a fixed number of days, as shown on your dashboard.

Acceptable use

  • Use the extension only with your own Gemini account and in line with Google's terms.
  • Do not generate content that is illegal, harmful or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Do not attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the licensing service.

Account security

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Repeated failed logins temporarily lock the account.
  • Sessions rotate automatically and expire after a period of inactivity; you can revoke every device from your dashboard.
  • The app owner may suspend an account or use the global kill-switch when abuse is detected.

Service and liability

  • Gemini is a third-party product; layout or policy changes on Gemini's side can temporarily affect automation. We fix such issues as fast as we can but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost work, lost images or indirect damages.
  • These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
